The Five 'M's of Wellbeing !!!
Mindfulness
Take some time out to be in the now - be aware of your surroundings - go for a walk, listen to the birds, look at the trees, enjoy the sunshine.
Get away from those devices!
Mentoring / Meeting
Coaching and mentoring others or being coached/mentored - working together - sense of purpose.
Meeting with others - if you're not seeing someone all day then make sure you're out after work to see and engage with people.
Movement
Exercise / get up from your desk - move around - take regular breaks
Motivation
You need to be self-motivated; you can't rely on others to motivate you - have goals and have a plan through small steps to achieve your goals - use a tool to record all the actions towards achieving your goals.
Meaning
What gives you meaning? Why do you do what you do? If you don't like something, change it - this is not work specific - what floats your boat? What are your hobbies & passions? Do more of what you enjoy!
